لا يمكنك السير إلى هذا الحديقة، ولكن يمكنك إزالة الطريق وتخزين فقط قبل وبعد وصول الطريق إلى الموقع وتسير لمدة 10 دقائق، أو الدراجة إلى هذا الحديقة على الشاطئ. الحديقة لديها مخزن المطبخ والطائرة الطويلة، فضلاً عن القفازات التي تحذرك من شرب الماء قبل الشرب. الحديقة هي بجانب بعض الطرق الجميلة، واحدة سهلة لخسائر كاوري أو أكثر التحديات المهمة السير إلى حديقة الخشب القديمة والمساحات الخضراء أو الطرق الطويلة. ليس هناك حركة المرور هنا، فقط الصوت من الطيور والخسائر.

This campsite is not boat access only. We got dropped off at the road and watched the 15 minute track to the camping area. It overlooks the Whangaparapara estuary. It is near the hot springs which we didn't check out as it was a much farther walk than we anticipated. There is a sign that says there is glass in one of the hot springs. Water must be boiled here. One long drop toilet. Thousands of mosquitoes. Be prepared for that. If you walk past the wharf, around the rocks, there is a cave and lots of beautiful crystals. It was the highlight for me. The highlight for my sister was the fishing. Stunning spot. But just be prepared, because it is a mission to walk to the closest town. Locals are awesome though, hitchhiking encouraged.
