No signs even from road, no toilet at parking so be aware. Track to Te Ana falls manageable, overgrown and poorly maintained but it is worth it as it is beautiful waterfall that can be accessed up close. Track to Tangoio falls not worth it. The falls are quite far, from viewpoint that shouldn't be accessed (in repairs). Track partly blocked and even with marked new track quite difficult. Always keep to the red markers for proper way to the falls.

Absolutely amazing... Awesome short hike to beautiful waterfalls. I second swimming in the first one :) there are also a bunch of shortcuts that allow you to complete it much faster.

Beautiful bush walk almost only along the river. Take swimming gear for the first waterfall.

So worth it, if you’re going definitely go in and under the first waterfall. Such a adrenalin rush and after you come out you don’t even feel cold coz the water is so much cooler then the outside temperature. Second waterfall ist just a lookout, nice but nothing special. I definitely recommend hiking boots, especially to go to the second waterfall. BEK

We went to both waterfalls and if you are careful you can do it with sneakers. These are only very dirty afterwards :) on the way back we saw goats everywhere and a goat crossed our way. Very cool!
