Got there about 5.30 pm, 3 campers already there. You have to park between the signs, spaces for 4. We had to wait till the walkers moved their car to park in the last spot. Not flat. Very calm and no noise at night. Clean toilets and sink.

Wow! Great free campground! Just under the Mt. Manaia where the hike begins. Very quiet, you can hear kiwi there (I had no luck to see them). Felt safe as female solo traveler 😊

Loved This place! Basic with one loo but comfortable enough. Quiet and peaceful at the base of the hike. The club next door is so friendly and welcoming to visitors, we went in for drink and game of pool. Fish and chip shop 10 min walk away was decent too. Overall great free camp for one night

Parking in front of the Mount. Approx. 4 véhicules. Quiet and nice view. Toilets 24h/24h. Clean but no lights. Max 1 night stay. Nice pub near by.

مكان رائع جدا!! كاننا وحدنا ليلة، لم نحاول الحافلة بجانب البوابة ولكن ظهرت صديقة للغاية. الحافلات مفتوحة ومفتوحة طوال الليل، لا يمكن أي غسيلات على الموقع. يوم التالي فعلنا السباحة إلى الجبل مانايا وأنه كان رائعا! على سبيل المثال: مكان رائع لبدء السباحة الخاص بك ahaha والصور الجميلة

هادئ جدا، لا شيء على في الحديقة بالقرب مننا. موقع مثالي إذا كنت تفعل الجولة العاشرة في الصباح. لا حديقة المحددة فقط تحتاج إلى الملابس بين اثنين من العلامات. سهلة 3 سيارات. حمامات على الموقع، نظيفة جدا ومفتوحة 24/7

We enjoyed this spot. It is closed to the road, cars passing by through the night didn't bother us at all. We were spoiled with euphonious sounds coming from the nearby club. Two picnic benches and clean toilets. Our stay here was concluded with a very scenic morning walk up Mt. Manaia.
