There is moderate risk of severe thunderstorms with localised downpours (25 to 40 mm per hour) for Northland until this evening.
Rainfall of this intensity can cause surface and/or flash flooding, especially about low-lying areas such as streams, rivers or narrow valleys, and may also lead to slips.
Driving conditions will also be hazardous with surface flooding and poor visibility in heavy rain.
Note: A Severe Thunderstorm Watch means conditions are favourable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area. People in these areas should be on the lookout for threatening weather conditions and monitor for possible Severe Thunderstorm Warnings.

رحلة قصيرة لكنها جميلة في الغابة.
فقط 390m ولكن ما هو المشي! بعض النباتات الأصلية مع سباق صوت سحرية من الطيور الجميلة وباقي شجرة كاوري الجميلة. لا توجد محطة تنظيف السيارات لذلك تأكد من الحفاظ على المشي حيث لا يوجد الكثير من هذه الغواصات. قد يبدو مفيدًا للتذكير بذلك ولكن على الرغم من جميع المعلومات المتاحة نرى بعض الناس يخرجون من المشي للضغط على الشجرة طوال الوقت أثناء المشي عاجلًا على الجذور مع الأحذية الغزيرة؟

Beautiful, short walk (5 min) along a winding wooden path. The kauri trees are impressive! Worth a detour!
Short walk on some bridges so you won't have to get mud all over your shoes. Wouldn't recommand unless you really want to see some Kauri trees. About 2km of gravel roads to get there.
