lot of place. No restrictions of dates. Sea at 1min by foot. Next to the road but quiet. we just check and leave.

Place next to the beach but there is some permanent campers. I think it’s safe but there was a strong pee odor. We just park to check and left.

Really nice and warm welcome, especially since we came in just before the front desk was about to close. The facilities are absolutely fine and clean! Lovely place to spend a few nights.

Coins de paradis, le jardin est tout bonnement magnifique, départ de plein de belles petites randonnées, toilettes propres, douche 2$ pour 2 min, si vous avez un peu de chance vous croiserez peut être un kiwi

Prima gratis plaats, dichtbij centrum en naast het zwembad. Het is alleen wel erg lawaaierig vanwege het verkeer ernaast en de gemeente voert schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit in de nacht! Bladblazen, afval ophalen, niet fijn! Tip: het zwembad ernaast kost 10$ per dag, heerlijk vertoeven!

Good location bay. Nice place. Not worth it = 25$ unpowered site 1 person + 1$ coin 5 mins hot shower + 5$ internet connection, total 31$ x 1 night where there are other private land campsites that offer same at 20 to 25$ all included. Weak 4G internet, super slow. Good for meditate, though. No utensils in the kitchen to cook. Rubish waste containers has a timining schedule to access ;))) I take my shit, all fine. Reception only open from 2 to 3 & from 5:50 to 7 pm. Check in only allowed at this poor frame. *** I stayed because i was feeling extremely tired + sick from night ferry.

Super spot, avec une vue sur la mer 🌊 Il y a 4 emplacements pour véhicules self contained (bien regarder sur le panneau quelle sont les places autorisées). Il y plusieurs wc, et un très bon réseau. On recommande 🙂

The best site we've stayed at so far! The facilities are great. Hot clean showers and the toilets are the nicest toilets we've had at a campsite yet. The goats are super friendly and love a good ear scratch, so definitely recommend going to say hello to them. Washing machine is 4 dollars and dryer is 6. The only minor thing to note is that the kitchen is small and there's only room for one person to cook at a time. The cooker is an induction job, but all pans are provided in the drawer under the sink. We had no issues cooking at all. The wifi is great. Great location, friendly hosts. Couldn't recommend it more.

Great campsite - would definitely stay again. Fantastic facilities and very clean. Short walk to a bus stop into town and shopping mall close by too with a woolworths. Good value for money and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Christchurch.

My partner and I loved staying here. It was nice and quiet with only 1 other camper and a few people in cabins. The kitchen is huge with lots of fridge and freezer space and is modern and clean. We felt very safe at night. The grounds are kept very tidy and are beautiful. We loved being so close to the ferry over to Whitianga and it was so convenient compared to driving all the way into town. The beaches just outside the grounds are beautiful to explore. Definitely recommend staying here.

The parking spots are very close to the road, we can hear the vehicles passing.

Is actually quite a nice spot especially if you park up next to the river, may need a 4wd to get out if it rains. Unfortuntley some local kept parking next to me pushing drugs and alcohol so I left since it was getring wierd. Shame beacuse it was a nice spot.

Friendly owner and walking distance to the beach. Small campground with not too much privacy. It's right in a neighborhood so you hear traffic passing by. Very clean and well maintained amenities. Nice hot shower. Spacious camp kitchen with fridge. Laundry coin operated (washer + dryer). Conveniently close to supermarket and town center. Coffee just 2 minutes walking across the road. The pool was also really nice to just relax at the campsite. Paid $45/night with a campervan (powered site + water).

Great camping spot. Unpowered sites are right next to the forest, very peaceful. Clean and spacious amenities, nice hot showers. Great camp kitchen with BBQ area and picnic tables. Pool was also really nice for a hot afternoon. Paid $30/night with a campervan (unpowered, 2 adults). Would absolutely recommend.

Peaceful campground, fully surrounded by nature. Short walk to the beach through the scrub. No service and dirt road to get there. Amenities were very old, a bit scary in the dark. Camp kitchen has a gas BBQ with coins and picnic tables. Sadly it was pouring rain so not much to do.

Nice location looking out over the valley. You can book either online or call and pay when the owner comes around. Amenities were pretty old, only 2 toilets and 2 showers. Showers were $1 for 5mins so didn't take one. It was raining the whole time we were there and there are no covered areas or camp kitchen.
