It was a nice grassy area with plenty of space to park. It was likely not worth the $25 and the bathrooms could use some cleaning (lots of bugs at night, but that is to be expected when it’s the only light source), but it was very green and a safe place to stay overnight. Note: if you want to shower, you will have to pay using a prepaid card/app.

Not bad. Did not really feel worth $25 for the spot. It was mainly just a big grass parking lot but it was convenient between Rotorua and Taupō. Decent spot for the location but if you could find a free spot it would be way better.

Toto místo by mělo být zdarma. Kemp není moc pěkný. Nerovnoměrná půda a něco jako pouhý swampy zdarma pro všechny. Zažili jsme mnoho hrubých sousedů. Zpívání nahlas po 10/11pm , vybuchující hudba, prostě být bez povšimnutí! Sprchy nejsou zdarma??? A musíte si koupit fyzickou kartu, abyste je aktivovali. Pak si vytvořte účet online ugh! Naštěstí si můžete koupit kartu v obchodě s horskými koly tam. Personál je velmi laskavý. Koupelny jsou však velmi hrubé. Nedoporučuji, pokud nejste zoufalí.

A big field near some public toilets, $25 is a rip off. Showers cost $5 (for less than 5 mins) and were disgusting, as well as weak and luke-warm. Not really sure what you’re paying for.

Noisy if towards the back next to the road, not so bad further in. Toilets seem like public ones that pre date the camp. We spent $4 trying two showers and both were freezing. Can be cheap if you have multiple people as price is per vehicle. However, struggling to see where the money is being re-invested to make this any better than a freedom site.

Very large place with public toilets nearby. Apart from that it offers nothing so the price is rather too high

It’s a nice spot next to the hot tubs (highly recommended), but pay attention - it can be quite noisy during night (we stayed on a weekday). Heavy Trucks are running by the whole night to a nearby factory. If you decide to stay, better stay closer to the parking, but not sure if this is more calm. We didn’t use the bathrooms - so can’t comment.

Celé místo je trávníkem a po pouhé hodině deště se stalo moře.Nebudu tu zůstat znovu, pokud nebude zaručeno, že bude suché.

Areál je obrovský, ale veřejné toalety jsou poměrně daleko a sprchy nejsou zdarma. Kemp se cítil spíše jako velké parkoviště než příjemné kempování.

Huge place, with a lot of space (mid-february) but I think it’s expensive for a place without ameneties (flush toilets and OK showers available to public too). It was pretty quiet and next to Whaka Forest Camp, so it’s great for that! Phone signal is not always working or is very slow.
