This little campground has offered me a great spot to stay for about a week The facilities were clean and functional, thanks to our friendly Marc, he let me borrow some cleaning gear and was very helpful Special mention for Shane who helped me working on my van Don’t hesitate, this place is gold !

Základní, ale čisté vybavení. WiFi, horká sprcha, pouze hotovost! Mark učinil náš zážitek extra nezapomenutelný s doporučeními a zábavným rozhovorem. Dům je taky cool, můžete nechat svůj náš obraz na stěnách

The people were welcoming and friendly but $50 for two people is too much for what you get. A good nearby caravan park was $42 for much cleaner better conditions.

We had a good stay for 1 month. We were welcomed by Mark (our star❤️), there is a small house with kitchen, bathroom x2 and living room. There is also Wi-Fi. Only small drawback, 4G is not crazy and a lot of humidity, but above all the owner of the place and his friends and some residents of the camp in permanent residence, which can give rise to a sense of insecurity in the camp. The people are very kind and willing to help in case of a problem.

It does have everything you need: a kitchen, toilets, and showers, but it's very dirty. The campsite is well located, but personally, I found the atmosphere odd. 25 NZD for one night is very expensive for what it is.

Opravdu pěkné místo a velmi příjemné. Přišel jsem na Waitangi Day, takže věděl, že oblast by byla zaneprázdněná. Dostal se k němu bez prázdnin, ale manažer webu byl tak neuvěřitelně pěkný, že mi dovolil stlačit.

Mark the site manager was great - welcoming, friendly and fun. Perfect spot close to town/beach. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities: only thing to note is bathrooms became quite steamy otherwise no complaints. Felt very welcome by fellow campers/locals. Would definitely recommend as reasonably priced for the fab atmosphere and facilities.

Affordable place with warm locals that lives full time in the caravans here They’ll make sure that you feel safe and welcome Powered spots Free wifi Hot showers Kitchen and comfy areas Close to the beach and shops Also place to pitch a tent $20 per night one person

The site had mixed reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We found the facilities were good and clean. Bear in mind they are only as clean as the people staying there as it’s a small site with one kitchen and two toilets/showers. 5 min walk to the beach front and price is good!

Good location short walk into town. Nothing flash just a block to park in really. There is a little hang out room with kitchen and 2 x toilet/showers attached. Everything tidy and clean. A few permanent vans there but everyone was fine no issues. We paid $50 for 2 adults and kids were free. Powered site. There is also wifi.
