Krásná procházka. Docela náročné a strmé, ale budeme to stát za ohromující výhled, zejména v závěrečných fázích. Chata je velmi základní a nemá elektrickou, čistou vodu nebo sprchy. Ale je to docela zážitek ! Doporučujeme

Fantastická procházka z Deep Cove, asi tři hodiny. Miloval krajinu a trať a celou historii, když se dostanete na maják a DOC Hut, který je jedním z původních majáků domů.

Je mi líto, že prostě nemohu uvěřit, že by někdo zaplatil 60 dolarů, aby šel na výlet. Ano, je to krásné a západ slunce d východ slunce z chaty jsou úžasné, ale opravdu to nestojí za 60 dolarů. Také žádné parkování na začátku tratě, takže musíte nechat své auto na kempu Margarets a zaplatit dalších 10 dolarů a říci, že nejméně Margaretova pohostinnost zanechává mnoho co si přát.

Amazing walkway with stunning views over the whole bay of islands! The hut is very cozy and has an interesting history which is wrote down in a book inside of the hut. You also can watch there the best sunrise/sunset and if you have luck watching the dolphins playing in the sea as well. The trail goes mainly through the shades of the native forest with some steep parts, especially in the end. Could be very muddy and slippery when wet. You shouldn't forget matches or a lighter for the candles inside of the hut.

A beautiful walk with impressive views! We walked fast and it took us 5-6 horus one way. We even got to see dolphins from the lighthouse. Definitely one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen, even though very exhausting and pretty exposed.

Several ups and downs on the trail, mostly shaded. I wouldn't advise doing this as a single day hike. Also a guitar at the hut + lots of reading material!
