Velké parkoviště, ne pěkné, ale dostatečné s výhledem na Taranaki Maunga. Toaleta za cricketové hřiště bylo otevřeno, asi 10 minut chůze.

There is a plenty of space for overnight parking, no controls, also a gym open to late hours...havent found toilets or showers, but I guess gym will do (or hot pools in Aquatic centre in town)...there was a homeless person in the night knocking on our van few minutes and then wonder around for some time, but nothing terrible...also this place is very windy, our whole van was shaking 😁

Large parking lot with no dedicated stalls. We were the only ones there on a Friday night. Next to nice greenspaces and lovely park gardens across the field (where the toilets are). The occasional hooligan drove past or parked blasting loud music. But most of the night was quiet and no issues.

Dedicated spots are not marked. 18mbs fast free wifi.

Came here due to the wild weather on the free camp at the coast, don't think there is free wifi anymore.

Can park anywhere in the lot, no specified spots. Wifi works well! Bathroom next to the lot wasn’t open at all (maybe because it’s Sunday?) but 24hr one in king Edward park that is just a couple minutes walk away. Pool is in walking distance as well, for a swim or shower.

Couldn’t find the parking areas for campervans . We drove into the car park and there was no signs for such parking.

We parked in the waihi car park, quiet overnight and a 200m walk across the King Edward Park to the public toilets.
