Gorgeous view, friendly staff and well priced! Facilities are basic but everything you need, and pub across the road has great staff and good free wifi. Felt super safe staying here as a solo female traveller!

Dobrý základní tábor pro prozkoumání Coromandel poloostrov / denní prohlídka katedrály Cove. Při check-inu byla velmi přátelská mladá dáma, mohl jsem si vybrat z mnoha míst přímo na břehu vody. 15NZD p.p. bez napájení je velmi spravedlivá cena za čistou kuchyň (žádné vaření, byo) a čistou koupelnu. Studené sprchy jsou zdarma, horké sprchy 1NZD (minuta) po dobu 5 min. Přineste nápoje / jídlo, protože tam není opravdu něco.

Neuvěřitelné místo. Všechny vybavení, které potřebujete za neuvěřitelnou cenu 15 dolarů bez napájení a zpět na moře, takže se probudíte a sledujete západ slunce na oceánu, bylo docela neuvěřitelné. Prádlo, malá kuchyň, ale vždy prázdné, protože většina obyvatel je na plný úvazek. Čisté sprchy a toalety. Pokud jdete na pobřeží coromandel, nenajdete lepší místo pro cenu.

We turned up last minute and they where very accommodating. Paid $15pp for unpowered site right on th water front was great views. Facility’s where not far of a walk. Toilets/showered were clean. $1 for hot shower Kitchen was pretty small but well equipped

Beautiful spot by the water. The restrooms are functional but cost extra ($1 for 5 minutes of hot water / $4 for laundry). Price per person: $15 per night.

Great experience for an unpowered oceanfront site ($30 per night for 2 people). Hot showers cost $1 for 5 minutes, everything is clean, including the toilets. The kitchen is accessible and has a stove, microwave, and kettle—everything you need. The fire station is nearby, so be aware of the sirens at night, but other than that, the campground is very peaceful and the people are very friendly.

We stayed at the unpowered site, which is closer to the shore and on the grass. The views were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We went without a reservation.
