Přišli jsme ve středu odpoledne a byli jsme tam jediní. Velmi tichý, jeden bar recepce s Spark, použitelný pouze pro nahé esenciály. Toalety funkční, ale špinavé. Nicméně, tam byla čistá a bezplatná (!) horká sprcha s soukromým kocourem. Fantastické a tisíce plus bodů. Odpadkové plechovky byly k dispozici. Žádné podivné nebo crackheads.

Came here on a Friday afternoon. The toilets were alright and it was quiet but looked a bit rough. As soon as we opened the door it absolutely stunk! Not sure if it was the toilets or what? But really bad smell. Wouldn’t want any windows or doors open. Then saw the review about noise across the river and always worry about weekends. Ended up leaving and going to Little Waipa which was huge clean and beautiful.

I came on a Thursday night and it was fine. A ute came.around midnight and parked next to me with the engine on. When i looked throught the window, they moved a bit further and switched off the engine and the lights. With all the comments on other freecamps, I didn't feel so safe but the spot is great with hot shower ! So I would still recommend it. Just lock your van while you sleep.

A stunning spot, with hot shower and a clean toilet. Quite a bit of space, only 3 other campers when we were there. Unfortunately there were some hoons at Bulmers Landing on the other side of the lake playing loud music and doing burn outs to 4.30am. It could easily have been our campground they chose though. I dont think this is a high priority for the police, however it might help if the council put in some speed bumps? We stayed on a Friday night. Might be worse Friday and Saturday?

Close to the river and nice free hot shower

Beautiful location. A few other campers. We sent a very peaceful and enjoyable night here.

Krásné místo, ale oblíbené pro mladé lidi. Zůstal jsem v pátek večer. Hlasitá hudba až do pozdního večera, hádání a 2 hodiny ráno klepání na dveře, které jsem neotevřel. Jedno auto vyšlo z paliva. Pak samostatně, chlap s řezníky přiletěl v 5.30 ráno, aby se pokusil ukrást sprchovou baterii. Moje nejhorší zkušenost s kempem. Pohled je malebný. Bylo to blahoslavení, dokud nespadla tma.

Krásné místo u řeky. Několik dodávek tam a psi a děti šťastně hrají v jezeře. Ale lidé byli úctyhodní a žádná hudba nebo hluk. slušné základní loose a dobré sprchové kousky. Skvělé místo. žádná energie.

Miloval toto místo! Zaneprázdněný a jasně místo místní milují o víkendu, ale líbilo se nám, že energie to přineslo. horké sprchy a toalety.

Zůstali jsme tady před několika týdny a užili jsme si náš pobyt. Čistá toaleta a dokonce i bezplatná horká sluneční sprcha. Bylo pár rodin, které mohly být trvalými obyvateli, ale byly tiché a úctyhodné. Žádná telefonní recepce zde a trochu od hlavní silnice, takže si nejsem jistý, že bych zde byl pohodlný, kdyby můj partner nebyl se mnou.
