Unbelivable loud!! - just five to ten meters away from the highway. No place for sleeping.

This free campsite is very convenient. There's a cafeteria across the street with a truly amazing manager, and the toilets inside are very clean! The noise from the cars didn't bother us, and we even saw little kangaroos first thing in the morning!

Gratis lejrplads på asfalt med et par picnicborde, bænke og både mandlige og kvindelige toiletter med en vask til at vaske hænder. langs vejen er der en tankstation og café.

Hvileområdet er ca. 5 meter fra vejen. Da vi kom fra Sydney, måtte vi gå på en lille vej for at få adgang til den modsatte bane og komme ind på stedet. Det er temmelig støjende og travlt vej indtil omkring 9-10 pm. Det er fint for et overnatningsophold, men forvent nogle biler kører ind og ud i løbet af natten, mens du sover. Desværre oplevede vi en bil, der driftede og hånede i hvileområdet omkring 3 am 🙂

It was quite noisy from the road, and at 5 a.m. a pickup truck arrived and spun its tires, first at the back and then at the front of the rest area, to wake us up. The place didn't fill up until around 9 p.m. The toilet facilities were quite good.

A strange place. This rest stop has a gas station and a café/bistro on one side, and on the other just a spacious parking lot with restrooms, which were unfortunately very dirty. From dusk onwards, large kangaroos could be seen in the field next door. We still wouldn't come back.

Fine for rooftops as well, good location if you’re going to Jervis bay the day after. The reviews about stinky toilet are not lying, but at least there is running water so you can brush your teeth so we were happy to stay here. Some picnics benches so nice to socialize with other travelers if you want to.

Nice rest stop for a night. Two long drop toilets could be a bit cleaner and unfortunately lot of roadnoice. But just for fellow travelers, if you are arriving late in the evening the nice thing to do to be considerate is to park and NOT slam your car doors for over an hour. Have your shit together and be a little respectful of other people that are trying to sleep.

Restarea next to the road. Nice because there is a public toilett and some picnic tables. Bad news is it is loud because if the road and the streetslights are on all night. We arrived at 21:00; place got quite crowded aroud 22:00.
