Slept there last night, was great ! Road quiet after 10pm

Dejligt sted for en nat, med lidt skygge.

Big space with tons of places to park and some trees for shade. There is one long drop toilet that’s not in the best of shape (the seat had been ripped off in the women’s side), but it still does the trick. There were only a few other people there the night I stayed, but I never felt unsafe. A friendly Aussie man came over for a chat and gave me some great travel tips! Has everything you could need from a free camp. ?

Good spot if you are on your way to the Lichtfield Nationalpark .

Nice spot right next to the highway with smelly toilets and some trees for a shaded camping spot. Had a good night sleep there

Nice rest area with clean toilets, paper and soap.Just few mosquitoes (3-4).However it was unbreathable during the night no fresh air at all even if we slept with our doors and boot open! And very muggy and humid in the morning. But nothing you can do,it’s the normal weather when you reach the top end.And the good surprise in the morning was to see a kangourou jumping behind the fence ?.K?
