Smuk gåtur. Meget udfordrende og stejl, men vi vil være værd det for den fantastiske udsigt, især i de sidste faser. Hut er meget grundlæggende og har ikke elektrisk, rent vand eller brusere.

Fantastisk vandretur fra Deep Cove, omkring tre timer. Elskede landskabet og sporet og al historien, når du kommer til fyrtårnet og DOC Hut, som er en af de oprindelige fyrtårn holderhuse.

Ja det er smukt og solnedgangen en d solopgang fra hytten er fantastisk, men virkelig det er ikke 60 dollars værd. Også ingen parkering i starten af sporet, så du er nødt til at forlade din bil på Margarets campingplads og betale yderligere 10 dollar og at sige det mindste Margarets gæstfrihed efterlader meget at ønske.

Amazing walkway with stunning views over the whole bay of islands! The hut is very cozy and has an interesting history which is wrote down in a book inside of the hut. You also can watch there the best sunrise/sunset and if you have luck watching the dolphins playing in the sea as well. The trail goes mainly through the shades of the native forest with some steep parts, especially in the end. Could be very muddy and slippery when wet. You shouldn't forget matches or a lighter for the candles inside of the hut.

A beautiful walk with impressive views! We walked fast and it took us 5-6 horus one way. We even got to see dolphins from the lighthouse. Definitely one of the most beautiful places we've ever seen, even though very exhausting and pretty exposed.

Several ups and downs on the trail, mostly shaded. I wouldn't advise doing this as a single day hike. Also a guitar at the hut + lots of reading material!
