An excellent place. Loads of spaces on a level grass field. It's tranquil, has a toilet open all the time and nice views. The pub is only a few minutes walk away and does good well priced food. Highly recommend. Phone signal here as well.

Large, level site with very clean toilet. Payment is by cash donation. Only 3 vans here last night. Beautiful & quiet

We are the only ones here tonight, and were here 5 weeks ago when biking the Rail Trail. This is a very big domain, has toilets and is a 2 min walk to Waipiata Pub. The meals are fantastic, well priced and substantial so go and treat yourselves and get that feeling of what our great old pubs used to be like. ?

Cracker place, especially if you have dogs. Loads of room and GRASS and plenty of room to run around. Very quiet and peaceful.

Nice spot to park up at, reasonably flat. Flush toilet, with a donation box on the fence. Short walk to the pub for awesome meals. Quite a few people have recommended this site and the pub, and they were right. #kiwisflythecoop

Concrete block of toilets demolished and a new flush toilet put in place. Lovely quiet place to stay with amazing sunsets. The pub has excellent food and famous pies.

Great place to park up. We stayed there and had the whole domain to ourselves. Hotel and rail trail very close, pub has great meals and friendly host and staff. Perfect if travelling with a pet! Toilets closed while we were there but that didn't worry us. More than happy to put donation in box to stay here ?
