Denne campingplads er dejlig - tæt på Nugget's point og til et utroligt prispunkt (vi betalte $40 for WiFi, elektricitet, vaskeri og brusere). Gentleman, der driver det er meget venlig og sælger pizzaer og sandwiches, hvis du ønsker det. Det ser ikke ud til, at han tager bookinger, så ankom tidligt og vær forberedt på at betale kontant eller via bankoverførsel.

A wee gem of a place. Kevin is very welcoming and was very kind and helpful. Very basic and has all you need, laundry, shower (lovely, hot, only $2). Very central to some great attractions in and around the Catlins. Loved staying here, price was unbeatable. I have to say that I was looking for a place to just stop for a bit and I found it here. Great place to catch up on your chores, or stop and stay for a while.

Beautiful area, lovely greeting from the owner. Smaller area laid out as in shoulder season but next to a couple of sheep and a cow which was lovely :) Warm showers $2 for 5 minutes which were clean and toilets also clean and well kept. Very quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

Jeg ved ikke, hvor de dårlige anmeldelser er kommet fra, fordi dette er et så smukt lille sted. $ 15 pr. Person, virkelig rart indkvartering ejer. toilet og brusebad var ren, $ 2 pr. 6 minutters varm brusebad (tager kun $ 2 mønter), har multi box power plug nær badeværelse, hvis det er nødvendigt + mikrobølgeovn, super ganske / fredelig, god telefonreception (også har gratis wifi), vaskefaciliteter ($ 5), drikkevand / tap. 15 minutter fra nugget point.

We arrived at 8 PM and the owner quoted us $15 per person. We refused, and he then offered us a discount. The next morning, he accosted us rudely, demanding we leave by 10 AM. We informed him that we were finishing the children's shower (which was extra) and would leave afterward. He refused, raised his voice, and became threatening. We left despite the fact that two people in our group hadn't been able to shower. A boorish and misogynistic owner!

Meget rart, fredeligt og roligt. Vi blev varmt modtaget af den venlige ejer. Anbefales stærkt, hvis du elsker det rolige landskab.

We had a very peaceful night at this lovely campsite. Sheep, cats and lots of greenery all around us. There are also plenty of tables and chairs. The owner is super nice and very friendly. Hot showers (2 dollars for 5 minutes) and toilets are available, and everything is very clean. We stayed overnight without electricity for 15 dollars per person, which is a very good price for a great location.

Super friendly landlord!! He offered me a cup of tea, we could checkout without any rush, no sandflies so tenting is possible.
