We stayed here a couple of nights before/after hikes in the area such as the Pinnacles. It was very quiet and has views on the Table Mountain, toilets, a river where you can refresh and a grassy area to relax after a long hike. Only 0-2 other campers in the period we stayed. Downside is that from dusk on there are a lot of mosquitoes (no bites though). No signal. Would definitely come back here.

Opholdt sig her en nat i går, som gjorde en anden i et telt. Gebyr pr. voksen, pr. nat, eller gratis med DOC Camp Pass. Meget plads til større campere. Ingen Vodafone signal, har TV-signal. Noget info center ikke fortalte os, køretøjer over 6tonne kan ikke komme til nogen af campingpladserne, FYI. Par af drop loos her. Denne campingplads er smukt stille om natten og ikke for langt fra floden. DOC kom rundt om morgenen tjekke folk forstår Kauri DieBack. Godt vedligeholdt campingplads. Ren og ryddelig lang dråbe toilet. Kort gåtur til floden. Steder at skjule dit telt og have lidt fred og ro.

De er alle gode. nogle temmelig støjende naboer. mange myg og sandfly. toilettet var beskidt.

Nice and flat campground close to the river and lots of walks around. A must stay for nature lover.

Flat grounds. Nice clean toilet. Plenty of sunlight. Gets quite busy on public holidays. Short walk to small waterwalk. Plenty of birds around. -Wanderers
