Not bad, all the commodities are in the same place. And the staff is pretty cool. The coffee sold in the morning is EXCELLENT.

Campsite was really nice and lovely staff. We could see the water from our powered site. Clean bathrooms and showers. Good dump station facilities. Would definitely come back :)

Beautiful beach front location with sizeable sites and friendly staff. Bathroom facilities are very modern and well maintained. Great coffee in the morning too!

Reception staff very friendly—and amenable when asked to move us away from noisy neighbors). Nice site overall, with a broad, shallow beach—great for a peaceful sunset stroll at low tide (prospective swimmers will be disappointed). Kitchen & bathrooms good, but laundry a big disappointment. Floor covered in a mess of dirt, grass & laundry powder; online payments were impossible without a better cellular signal (my non-NZ iPhone denied access to the campground wireless network).

Facilities are nice and the staff are lovely but the beach is not that nice especially at low tide. There really isn't anything much to do in the off season and Coromandel isn't a particularly nice town either, you wouldn't be missing out if you avoided this area.

Meget god beliggenhed af stedet på Shelly Beach, men et par kilometer uden for Coromandel. Faciliteter (dusj, mænds toilet) er rummelige og nye. Køkken, godt, som det er i køkkener, der bruges af så mange mennesker.

Tja, hvis du kan lide solnedgange bag bjerge og øer, OK? Rummet og sanitære faciliteter er meget gode, svømning kun ved høj tidevand.

Great place, very familiar, very nice. Just nice people. Clean sanitary facilities, kitchen and barbecue area. The sunset and the low tide are impressive.

Just spent a couple nights here at this lovely campground. Amenities were modern, clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was even a coffee machine in the kitchen for $3 cup and vending machine in games area. Pool was lovely and clean with waterslide and tipping bucket for the smaller family members. Lovely relaxing atmosphere.
