Well formed track,steady climb,not steep,easy,comfortable. Two beautiful lookouts on the way plus other views Helibee hive😄 really best experience apart from flight maybe.Chose this instead Roberts point on the other side.May take 8 hours only if you include a 4-hour nap at the top😉

Underholdende spor og temmelig let at gå hele vejen til toppen.

Dette er en meget behagelig gåtur med stor udsigt over gletsjeren på fine dage. sporet klatrer ganske jævnt gennem skoven og de sidste 100 meter giver dig stor udsigt over vestkysten og bjergene.

Det tog os 3 timer til toppen. vi var trætte, fordi det er en konstant klatring. men intet fra en anden verden. vi var heldige, fordi når vi kom til toppen blev ryddet op.

Vi startede vandreturen klokken 7 og nåede toppen klokken 10.Da vi stoppede ved julesøget havde vi en god udsigt over bjergene og gletsjeren, men vi kunne allerede se, at bjerget, hvor stien fører til, er dækket af skyer.Vi havde ikke en udsigt fra toppen, bare tåge omkring os :( andre mennesker ankom til toppen klokken 9 og havde heller ikke en udsigt.

The track is open 7/9/20. Its a hard, but gradually rock and tree roots climbing with 2 lookouts. We went on a suposed to be sunny day without clouds, and once we reached the top, it was covered in clouds and we didnt see anything. 2:45 hrs up, 1:15 hrs sitting there waiting, and 2:30 hrs down for us, 2 young, fit people.

We hiked up 10 Minutes after Christmas lookout, the top should be around 1 hour further. In total it took us about 6hours. Beautiful rainforest, especially with the sun, the Glacier is also good to see in between

Amazing track up to a viewpoint to the Franz-Josef glacier. Do it early in the morning because at afternoon the clouds may be in the way. The second lookout (Christmas lookout) is already pretty nice. The walk is a little difficult with a bit of climbing and a rocky way. But really nice in the rainforest

Super hike, the path is quite pleasant and fun but it slips at times. We did it in 4:30 am being good walkers. The view of the glacier at the top is incredible! Despite the clouds over franz joseph village, we had a great sun up!
