Really sad place. The alleged “office” do basically nothing. All they want is money for poor or no service at all. The “office” don’t even police the place and yes, it is a haven for criminals EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. There is no security patrol - even though they say there is - absolutely crap service that they charge BS for. Highly recommend fi ding somewhere else. And as an aside, don’t try to contact the “office” as they are rarely there or close it every half hour so the alleged “manager” smokes

Beautiful park for fishing, BBQs, and peaceful evenings. Friendly neighbours and helpful maintenance staff. However, issues with locked pool gates, only 2 of 5 dryers working, and unclear communication around gazebo rules left us feeling singled out. We supported the park by buying snacks and drinks, but better management and timely communication would make the stay much smoother.

Ich und mein Partner bezahlten für eine leistungsstarke Website, aber wir erhielten den falschen Code für das Haupttor, so dass wir nicht hineingehen und ein Lager auf dem vorderen Parkplatz einrichten konnten.

Don't stay there, as the police call it the Bronx of the GC, dodgy AF, rough AF, Ghetto AF, police and the ambulance are there on a regular basis, I've even seen the police set up camp because of how bad it can get. 1/10....... I'll give it, mmmmmm -10/10 This place can get that bad because it doesn't have mangerment running it................

Old but clean sanitary facilities. Showers very low.

Only good thing about this caravan park is the location next to the river. The kitchen is very old, the heating plates weren’t really working (takes about 30 minutes to get your water boiled...) Facilities are very old, but clean. The caravan park is full off residents. Not a good place for young people. Paid 44 $ for one night + 30 $ deposit for kitchen key and key for the park itself. ( you get the 30$ back after check-out). Would not recommend the park, but it’s the cheapest one in the are of the Gold Coast.

The campsite is quite well located. However, at $49 + $20 card fee (which you get back), it's completely overpriced. Any cooking facilities offered by the campsite are either closed for dinner or cost extra ($4 for a BBQ platter). Furthermore, the showers are very uncomfortable, and the shower head is at a height of 1.5 meters. It's okay if you want to stay overnight to visit Surfers Paradise, but not recommended for a longer stay!

We are very dissatisfied, unfriendly staff, kitchen closed, narrow pitches, reception closed early and the campsite is full of long-term campers! The whole thing costs $49!
