Large site with lots of wallabies! $45 a night for a powered site. We stayed 3 nights due to gales! Showers clean. 30 minute walk into town. Decent WiFi. Lighthouse and other walks nearby.

Ein ziemlich großer Park sehr nahe am Strand / Leuchtturm. Die Besitzer waren bei der Hand, um uns auf den Campingplatz zu zeigen, obwohl wir spät angekommen waren. (Rund 6 Uhr) Es gab viele Menschen, die im Park campten. Wahrscheinlich war es die Spitzensaison und viele Campervans / Anhänger kamen aus dem Geist von Tasmanien. Dies bedeutete, dass es Warteschlangen für Toiletten und Duschen gab. Duschen waren schön und heiß. Der Park selbst war ziemlich sauber, wenn ein Tad-Hazard war. Pademelons kamen nachts heraus, um um herum zu füttern, was ein Plus war!

Great campsite, with a view of the sea. $45 for a powered site. The toilets and showers and the kitchen super clean. 4.5 min timer for showers. There are pademelons at night. Perfect for enjoying Tasmania before taking the ferry.

Very beautiful beachside campsite There is a kitchen, bathroom and electricity However, the hot water in the bathroom only lasts 4-5 minutes (you need to take a combat bath) If you don’t have a hair dryer, bring your own But the overall stay is very comfortable and there are many wallaby around at night! Office opening hours 9am-6pm We arrived after the scheduled time that day (without making an appointment) and we could still check in by calling the office. Thank you so much! Highly recommended

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Mächte sitzen Camping!$45 Wir können den Strand sehr leicht sehen, obwohl heißes Wasser nur 4.5min, aber es ist genug.

Großer Campingplatz. Wir werden eine warme Küche ausstatten. Saubere Duschen und Loos. Wallabies in der Nacht.

This was my favourite place we stayed at in out trip to Tas. Camped on a unpowered site, that was sheltered from winds and somehow had views of the ocean almost all around us. The kitchen and bathrooms were large and clean. The managers were knowledgable about the local area and flexible when it came to our stay.

Awesome camping site! Owners are super nice and helpful. Very flexible with last minute late bookings. Clean toilet and showers and super close to the beach and the lighthouse. Will definitely come again!
