this place is so bad. there are swastikas engraved on some of the trees and the manager is creepy as hell. i was approached in my car whilst out with my dog. i haven’t even stayed here and have no intentions of doing so. the creek running through there is nice i guess, and there are markets on the weekends

$35 angetrieben. Er erschien erst am späten Samstagnachmittag / frühen Abend und erreichte den letzten Platz. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Erwachte bis zum Markttag und konnte überqueren und Kaffee und Kuchen bekommen. Gute Lebensmittelstände auf dem Markt. Laufe im Park mit Kängurus und Kokos und nicht zu weit, um zu den Dandenong Ranges zu fahren

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Wir kamen am Samstag Nachmittag an und haben leider nur telefoniert. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Alles ist voll besetzt! Es ist nicht mehr möglich, einen kleinen Raum dort zu bekommen, auch ohne Strom. Wenn Sie seit Stunden ein Tourist sind, der nach einem Campingplatz sucht, erwarten Sie ein wenig mehr Empathie. Es gibt keine Campingplätze oder Parkplätze im Dandenong NP-Gebiet. Leider wussten wir das nicht. Sind mehr an die Aussies gewöhnt.

Very good place to stay while exploring Melbourne, paid per night for unpowered. Clean and roomy amenities, about 15 or 17 sites, bins and a sink for the dishes. Quiet and in a city so shops nearby. You'll have about 1h of train to get to Melbourne city though

Very nice calm area in the park, clean toilets and showers, one bbq pit if you wake up on sunday there is a flee market in front of you there is only powered site Paid AUD per night, which is cheap compared with others in the area stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it

Simple Camground on the edge of Showgrounds. No wifi. Hope to wake up to Sunday Market 30m away.

Such a nice spot to stay. Caretaker is actually camping in one of the sites and available to help you. We stayed for 3 nights and we did enjoy it. Toilets and showers are spotless and there's a public bbq (which they stop at around 8pm) that you can use. $15/person/night on a tent is a very nice deal.

Nice campground with great caretaker. All the sites were full so he opened a new zone for us. Large - clean - good amenities. 30$ is the cheapest on the area :)

Great value stop over. Clean n tidy park. Busy on weekends with shows etc. Nice easy walk to shopping centre and pub. Has a communal fire pit. Great caretaker on site in 5th wheeler. Nice shady park with gr8 bushwalking tracks and creek. 4/5*..... I.S
