Beautiful and quiet campsite on the edge of the lagoon with good views. Drop toilets are clean and free to use barbecues. Not bookable online until April 2026 so just pay the camp host on arrival

Wir kamen, weil ich gute Empfehlungen auf CamperMate über diesen Campingplatz sah. Leider hatten wir eine schreckliche Erfahrung, der Freiwillige von April 2025 ist ein alter Mann, sehr unangenehm und mittelmäßig. Auch die Preise sind 15$ für jeden Erwachsenen + 17$ vor Fahrzeug- sehr teuer für einen Campingplatz, der nur Toiletten bietet. Es gibt auch keine Rezeption in der gesamten Gegend, außer für Punkt auf dem Hügel.

Der beste Campingplatz in Peron. Großes BBQ, wunderbarer Strand und Aussichtspunkt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.

Gut ausgestatteter Übernachtungsort: Grill- und Picknicktafeln am Wasser, saubere Toiletten. Unglaubliche Aussicht, es lohnt sich! Der Zugang ist nur mit 4WD möglich, da der Sand weich ist (20 km von der NP-Zahlungsstation entfernt). Nach 8 km gibt es einen Punkt, um den Reifendruck aufzufallen und abzufalten. Die Nacht kostet $ 15 pro Person und muss in Bargeld in einem Umschlag vor der NP gelegt werden.

Wirklich schöner Büschencampingplatz mit sauberen Toiletten und einem tollen Blick in die Lagune. Der Weg ist eine schnelle, sandige Schmutzstraße.

It seems to be an amazing spot but always crowned with RVs (you can’t book so make sure to arrive in the morning). We paid the fees for this campsite in the trust box at the entrance of the park (as it is the easiest road in the park) but the sign “campsite full” was 5 km after the trust box ? The other campsites are 40km far in the park (1h driving) and roads are harder.

! Need 4WD ! Station to inflate and deflate before the off-road. Good place but too windy.. But the landscape is insane and volunteers are really kind !

Cam only get down there with a 4 wheel drive. We saw the "suitable for any vehicle type" on this app and paid our entry fees into the box and drove into the park, only to find a sign that said the road we needed to drive down to get to the camp was 4 when drive only.
