Pay at the letter box in the driveway. It will be controlled, by a friendly woman. It’s bit much but you can stand directly in front of the beach. It can be quite windy. We spottet Dolphins in the early morning, in Oct. Small sandy area- But it’s ok for 2Wd. Clean dry Toilets and Rubbish bin. No data connection, but if you climb on the Knobbys Head you can get 3G. A little noise of the Highway but not so bad.

Actually paid some fee. Woman collected fee around 9am

It is not free!!! A guy came by to tell me that it used to be, but not anymore and I had to pay :(

It’s free and it’s right next the ocean! Ocean look wasn’t clean but still nice.. Toilets were clean. Might be the greatest free camping place we had.

Amazing place to spend the night! Free camping at its absolute finest. Toilets are spacious and clean and the sunset is stunning. Very quiet despite being beside the main road. Head up the little mountain to get phone signal. The only downside is that every free camp site will feel like a disappointment after this!

Lonely resting place!

Peaceful spot, crystal clear water (but lots of seaweed) and today it wasn't too windy so I was happy for the swim! Slightly able to hear the road, but absolutely a good place to stay!
