Great camp with clean toilets for an overnight stay. We could hear a lot of trucks stopping at night for a bit of rest. Just be careful if it’s raining, the camp was flooded the next morning. We got a 4wd so it wasn’t a problem :-) The main road was also completely flooded.

Large official 24 hour rest area off the Great Northern Highway with parking near the facilities and along the river off a dirt track. Limited facilities. Very large area with dirt/gravel base that extends a good distance off the Great Northern Higwhay to the mostly dry Gascoyne River. Facilities include drop toilets, bins, covered seating, dump point and fire pits. Excellent Telstra reception but no Optus of TV. A good overnight stay for self-contained vehicles. The road noise is tolerable at the back of the parking area near the river.

Decent camping with plenty of spots to choose from. It’s not far from the road so, sadly, you can hear the trucks passing by. I use ear plugs so the noise actually didn’t bother me at all. Best for caravans but tents can find good spots as well. Toilets were clean but sinks aren’t working. Lots of poop around so don’t be surprised if you see a moo. ?

Stayed here on night. Very noisy. The wind came in about 11pm which made it beareble to sleep in. Without it, super hot. Big site but a lot of trucks park here and drive thru during the night

Perfect for a rest stay on a long drive. No sinks but toilets clean and lit up. Plenty of room and easy to find a spot away from the road.

The place was very nice. Away from the road, not busy, quiet at night. Sometimes you could here the trucks but it wasn‘t too bad. Place was clean and tidy. Lots of shade and places were to sleep. Toilets were ok .. Could be better or even worse ?

Yesterday the toilets And area were really unclean. Lots of rubbish, full bins And the toilets were the worst we’ve seen in 2 weeks. Next time it Will probably be clean again ! :-)
