Very, VERY clean amenities. Beautifully kept grounds, lovely hosts. Choice of free showers in older (but super clean) block or $2 for a shower in new block. Very cheap accommodation prices. Great stay

Large site with good facilities, and only 32 dollars a night for unpowered. As others have said the old facilities block is creepy, but the new ones are fine

Older place but huge, well maintained, very clean, and welcoming staff and guests/residents. Very cheap only $35 for 2 people powered site. Rangiora is lovely too. Can take a site when you arrive, without booking.

Great spot! We used the new shower/bathroom block, and everything was clean and very nice. If you arrive after hours, make sure you have cash to pay the fee ($32NZD when we went in Jan 2026 for an unpowered campervan site) after hours; you will deposit your cash in an envelope to leave in their dropbox.

Lovely quiet site, good value for money. Nice modern facilities block with paid for showers. Free showers in the old block were pretty good too, all very clean. Wifi available at extra charge. Only issue was the dryer didn't dry at all even after running for 60 mins.

We called before sundown and surprisingly we were able to book even at short notice. The site has a waste dump station very convenient. I would recommend having $2 and $1 for washers dryers and hot showers

Schönes Camping hier mit viel Platz. Ausgezeichneter Wert bei $27 mit Strom für einen. Die alten Einrichtungen Block ist ein bisschen schrecklich, aber kostenlos & es gibt auch ein modernes Block für $2 Duschen & schöne Küche. Großer Wert.

Guter Campingplatz für eine Nacht, die gemeinsame Küche hat Crockery und Cuttery zu teilen, jedoch ist das Wi-Fi nicht kostenlos.

Wonderful campsite, super friendly staff and very clean. Laundry was super quick too. We visited the swimming pool in town and had a great stay. Well worth visiting.
