Wir blieben für zwei Nächte in einem unbewaffneten Ort im Juli und es war einer unserer Lieblingsstopps von unserer Reise. der Mann, mit dem wir gesprochen haben, war freundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Ort selbst war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten.

Family camping, clean and super well located in the center of the peninsula. The bathrooms are aging but super clean. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The staff is pleasant and available.

Stayed at a powered site not far from the main building, facing the road. Was a bit concerned that there would be road noise but the road is a dead-end so there was virtually no traffic (other than other guests arriving). Facilities are old/rustic but tidy. Located in a beautiful green valley with a fantastic cafe and convenient mini-grocery just 4 min walk away. Also, each powered site had water, power AND grey/black dump!

Great welcome, good clean facilities, each site had it's own individual dumpsite, water and power which was brilliant. Good laundry and access to change if needed on check in. Cute site cat. Easy to get the bus into Dunedin or drive to peninsula facilities like Albatross Centre and Castle. Very short walk to bustling and welcoming local pub and shop in village

The environment is very good 👍 The kitchen is also large, the camp is large with several floors! to see the penguins is not too far 17 minutes by car. It is a nice cost-effective camp. Two people over 59 newcoins

We really liked this place. The Otago Peninsula is beautiful and this site is ideally placed to explore it. Friendly staff/owner. It had all the facilities you'd need and they were clean and tidy. Only thing that was extra was laundry. Would stay again.

Well-kept place in good location. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer available. Each place with electricity also has fresh water and sewage. Short walk to the bus stop 40' in the staff. A short walk to the nearest restaurant and cafe. There is a small shop in the torn for the most necessary. We can recommend the place

A lovely and quiet site with buses down the road from Portobello into Dunedin. The kitchen and bathroom could get a bit busy at peak times. Also handy for the Royal Albatross Centre and excursions around the Otego Peninsula.
