Powered-Website war gut, gepflastert, Niveau mit einfachem Zugang zu Strom und Wasser an jedem Standort. Die Einrichtungen sind älter, aber wir fanden alles sauber und funktionell. Lichter und heißes Wasser in Duschen sind auf einem Push-Button-Timer, aber wenn Sie einen Ellenbogen auf dem heißen Wasser-Button während der Dusche halten, erhalten Sie eine schöne starke und heiße Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wäsche kostet $ 2. Dump-Station einfacher Zugang.

We stayed here one night and was the only camper, other then someone staying in a cabin which are available on site Toilets & kitchen available which are both very clean, showers also. $35 for a powered site & drinking water, $30 unpowered. Nice spot of the ocean and had no concerns

Würde absolut nicht empfehlen! Gut run down und nicht sauber überhaupt, Türschlösser im Bad und Dusche wurden gebrochen, später in jener Nacht schrie jemand außerhalb unseres Wohnzimmers, dass die Dusche nach der Verwendung nicht gemalt wurde, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass es nass und schmutzig war, bevor wir dort ankamen!

It's a very clean and quiet town, near the sea, with beautiful scenery. Unlike other reviews that mentioned being mistreated, the host was also very friendly.

Spent a lovely night at this campground on a powered site. Can't pre book but was very quiet whilst we were there. A little on the pricey side with cash only honesty box. Facilities were very clean and ample for what we needed. Beautiful sunrise. Excellent WiFi.

I read all the negative reviews and I completely disagree. This campsite is great. Close to the ferry terminal. Lovely views! Clean toilets and kitchens. Self service check in so bring cash, if not there’s a cash machine at four square just down the road. No check in and check out times. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Good signal and free wifi!

I’m never one to leave a negative review, however the manager of this site was exceptionally rude. We have travelling the entire country and this was the only campsite we have avoided due to the managers behaviour.

Facilities were clean, easy to check in through cash in envelope. A bit over priced but overall enjoyed it. Very friendly cat at the site which made it even better

Self-serviced campground as you pay by putting money in an envelope. Campground is nothing fancy and facilities are out-dated. They are clean though and hot showers. Possibility of a nice walk near sterling point just around the corner. Convenient location close to ferry to Stewart Island.

Der Campingplatz ist bequem gelegen, die Felder sind flach und es gibt viel Grün. Die Sanitäranlagen sind nicht akzeptabel: zwei Toiletten, eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken sind schmutzig und einer ist verstopft. Die Küche ist sehr schmutzig, und die Waschmaschine und Trockner sind alt und auch schmutzig. Zahlung ist nur in bar möglich. $70 für eine Nacht ist übermäßig teuer.
