Hatte einen brillanten Aufenthalt bei Old Mac's. Wir erschienen ohne Buchung und haben leicht einen Stromplatz für einen vernünftigen Preis. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und einfach zu organisieren Transport zu Wasser Taxi in Marahau. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche und die Einrichtungen waren gut, die Dusche war heiß Wir blieben die Nacht nach dem Vollmond und hatte eine großartige Aussicht auf es steigt aus hinter den Bergen. würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, dies und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Start / Ende der Abel Tasman Spur!

Große Erfahrung. Treffen Old MacDonald selbst. Er zeigte uns, wie man die Heizung in der Küche einschalten. Front-Personal sehr hilfsbereit mit Abel Tasman Planung und Empfehlungen. heiße Duschen. würde ohne Zweifel zurück.

Beautiful campground. Largest spot we’ve ever had, felt like having our own garden! Nice facilities, clean and spacious, laundry etc all good. Lady at the office was so helpful and kind getting us sorted after a late check in and an early start for kayaking the next day, I’m so grateful! Longer walk etc to centre but personally I think worth it.

This was one of our favourite campsites during our trip. It's a few minutes extra walking compared to the other two campsites, but much more tranquil. The campground is massive, and there was lots of space, and it's beautifully arranged, very lush and green. Facilities all good. The owners are also very friendly and kind hearted, making it a lovely base for us to explore Abel Tasman.

5 🌟 for sure. So good, we decided to stay for 3 days. Everything you need and more. They will even help you get a water taxi to the golden beaches. NOTE: Google Maps will lead you to the neighbouring and more expensive camp. Go to the end of the road and enter paradise

Wirklich schön, duschen gut. ruhig. schönes groß angetriebenen Standorten nicht in der Nähe von anderen Autos. einfach zu Fuß, um den Tasman Pfad zu starten von. guter Burger Platz fett tui 5 min entfernt. schöne Blumen und Spaß zu gehen, um Würmer zu leuchten. WiFi nicht ganz erreichen unsere Van.

Sehr schöner Campingplatz in der Nähe des Beginns der Abel Tasman Strecke. Gastronomische Einrichtungen sind zu Fuß erreichbar (Tip: die Fat Tui). Die Plätze sind sehr geräumig und die Einrichtungen sind sauber. Sehr gute Vibrationen und ein großartiger Schwimmplatz im See. Einige Sandfliegen, aber nicht viel überhaupt.

What a charming, lovely and beautiful campground, and wonderful location next to entrance to Abel Tasman. Super calm and well maintained. The unpowered sites are next to the river where you can swim, and there’s lots of space! There are free hot showers, I found the water pressure to be amazing. And in general all facilities are available and clean. They might not be fancy (including not having an online booking system), but if you appreciate authenticity then this is definitely the spot.
