Ein wirklich cooler Ort zu bleiben!! Wir parken für 2 Nächte direkt auf der Klippe und hatte es alles für uns. Sie können zum Strand gehen und überprüfen Sie die Höhlen, die die nächste Ebene sind! Sehr freundliche Einheimische und ziemlich die Fischergemeinschaft, reiten auf ihren Quad-Bikes und ziehen in ihren Netzen. Es ist windig, aber es spielt keine Rolle, wie die Lage den Wind ersetzt. Sie können Hunde hier auch haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt gründlich genossen und würden auf jeden Fall zurück 😊

Cave beach is destroyed by cyclone gabrielle. But beautiful little caves are accessable via long beach during low tide.

Cave Beach was absolutely unreal. Have lived in NZ 28 years and this is up there with a favorite for me, especially at sunset.

Wonderful place ! Surely one of our favorites on the North Island. Black sand beach with lots of cellars in the cliffs. Do not hesitate to walk along the beach to the east, it's the most beautiful! As a previous comment, another version of Cathedral Cove in much wilder and much less tourists. It's definitely worth it!

Very nice place to go for a walk on the beach. Black sand and cave dug by the sea !! nice and very few people. Possibility to sleep on the spot!
