Several walks up to top of hill. Very popular with hill runners and walkers of all ability. We took the 712 wooden steps uphill which took 2 hours plus the winding pathway, same route back only took 1and half hours. But it was a killer! Lol

Sehr freundliche Wanderung, die es wert ist zu tun. Es gibt ziemlich ein paar Schritte und denken Sie daran, wirklich auf die Spitze zu gehen für eine schöne Aussicht auch auf Windturbinen. Nehmen Sie einen Windbrecher. Genießen Sie es! Der Anfang ist auf dem Campingplatz Elsdon. Nehmen Sie den Weg auf der linken Seite vor der Holzbrücke und nicht direkt an der Brücke.

Beautiful view! Make sure you will continue walking after the first look out point, it looks like a farmer road but you should take it to go to the real top of the mountain and then you definitely can't finish the trip in 1 hour ;) but the view is a lot better at the real top.

Nice walkway! Did it in 25 min up / 18 min down. On the top there is an amazing viewpoint! Have fun over there ;) - Felix Tischn

Good walk and good view for a exercise :-) in walking-running pace its 35 min from carpark to summit. But normally consider more time, if your not fit.

It is possible to walk from Colonial Knob to Kelburn by joining onto the Northern Walkway, then the City to Sea walkways.
