Well-maintained campsite, friendly welcome, and the ability to choose your own pitch. The facilities are older but very clean. The hundreds of bats in the trees on and around the campsite didn't bother me.

Nice clean spot with friendly owners. Magnesium pool is very refreshing.

I stayed at campsite for 1 night. And the lady who works in reception was so nice and kind. All the amenities managed clean and tidy. Most of people using their own caravan fridge or cabin's, so kitchen fridge was empty. Good and easy to cook. Next to my campsite there were 2 horses over the fence. They were calm and nice. It was happy trip.

Unpowered camping site is behind the powered sites on a dirt patch.... Not the greatest but only stayed one night. Amenities are okay.......

Very clean and tidy site. Clean showers and toilets. If you like watching bats this place is ideal ?!!!!! The trees are loaded with bats..... And they are noisy.

Watch out they close at 6 AEST. The owner was very helpful though and made an exemption for us. Kitchen very tidy and Well equipped. Amenities clean as well. Lots of shade by large trees and generally a good atmosphere.

Big camperground but a bit expensive for what it is, 37 dollars for 2 adults powered site. The amenities were old but clean. Very friendly woman manager at the reception

Great stay. Had unpowered site by the dry creek bed. Great shady spot. On Sunday's have pancake breakfast by donation. Felt very safe in town and at camp site. Highly recommend this park. $30 pn unpowered but this is same as other parks.

We arrived late in Mount Isa and they gave us their last pitch. In fact, we stood in the meadow between toilet, garbage and dumping point for chemical toilet without a parking space number. We paid as for a normal parking space. Good campsite, just watch what is sold to you as a pitch ..
