Instructions were clear and helpful on how to enter. Accommodations were free and clean, and other people were quiet. We booked last minute and still had a spot for the night.

Easy to find. Stop at the Showground office to pay. 35$ for a powered site. Lovely lady in reception. Great flat, gravelled pitches with showers, toilets and laundry.

Booked but couldn’t pay online. Visited the site but after 2pm office closed and no way of contacting for payment. Opted to go to another site, and for same money was so much nicer. But a little further south. Lots of powered sites available and toilet facilities.

This place is really excellent. The toilets are clean, the shower has strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. For $35 per night with power, it’s great value. The location is also perfect for us as we needed to return our car in Auckland and catch a flight the next day. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance.

Clean shower with good water pressure, entry is through door 2 and online booking is possible.
