Ιδιωτικό μέρος, ήσυχο και χωρίς φώτα. Μπορεί να είναι λίγο τρομακτικό τη νύχτα. Μείναμε 1 νύχτα και υπήρχε μόνο 1 βαν. Είναι ακριβώς στη μέση του τίποτα και αρκετά μακριά από μια πόλη.

Χωρίς τουαλέτες, μείνετε στο Waihaha DOC δωρεάν κατασκήνωση κάτω από το δρόμο αντί - τουαλέτες, χώρο μαγειρέματος και νεροχύτη για το πλύσιμο πιάτων, συν πολλά δωμάτια.

Μείναμε για μια νύχτα και ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Ακολουθήστε τις πινακίδες για τον σταθμό και δεν θα βρείτε κανένα πρόβλημα.

Very quiet peacefully spot for a night's stopover. Directions and GPS cordinates not quite right. Instead of driving straight ahead when you get to the last intersection via towards the right, sign says Rangipo Power Station

Quiet it feels good to be alone on a spot. With snow! :-)

This site is 500 Mtrs or so past the main campground but not marked well. After passing the main signposted camp area beside the stream, turn left into a road that stops at a power station. There seem to be a few holes in the forest right next to the stream. Wonderful clear water. Shade and sun where required .
