We booked for two nights, and due to Cyclone Vaianu, we parked at the foot of the house rather than on the lawn, but it didn't bother us at all. The hosts were incredibly welcoming; they let us charge our phones and portable power bank in their garage, and they even offered us a shower and Wi-Fi. We didn't dare ask for Wi-Fi after such kindness! 😅 The surrounding area is beautiful and lush; we loved it and highly recommend the location.

Don't drive up the drive! The camping garden (it's too nice to say field) is the next gate at the very end of the road. It's a lovely spot, quiet and peaceful and reasonably flat. There aren't pitches as such, just start where you want. It is what it says it is, a haven just outside the city with no facilities whatsoever but so much nicer than an urban carpark. Thanks for making this available!

Hello À vert bas experience Nobody for reception ! Field unsuitable for Motorhomes Not recommended

I stayed here last night, and I couldn't wait to write about it. So, I'm writing this before I leave. A sanctuary it certainly is! The wonderful couple and their little one were so friendly and welcoming. I'm so grateful to find such a peaceful spot so close to the city. Parked up near the stream, I fell asleep to the beautiful surrounding sounds of nature, and slept so well! Thank you so much for sharing such an idealic space!

I pulled up to the driveway in my 6m van. 3m tall. Was not going to attempt it. Decided to let booking go. Photo looks way better.

Πολύ ωραίο μέρος. Κοντά στο κεντρικό Hamilton αλλά στη μέση της φύσης.

Αρκεί να πούμε πόσο μας άρεσε να συναντήσουμε τη Σιμόν και να μείνουμε στο υπέροχο αστικό καταφύγιο της οικογένειάς της. Με όλα τα άγρια ζώα γύρω μας - φαντάλια, ασημένια δέντρα στο σύκα, τόνους στο ρεύμα, και το χτύπημα του morepork & φωνάζοντας κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας - και το ήσυχο κήπο, ήταν δύσκολο να πιστέψουμε ότι βρισκόμασταν στη μέση μιας πολυσύχναστης πόλης.

Χάρη στην Tuckie και την θερμή υποδοχή στον κήπο. Έχουμε σερβίρεται φρέσκα καρπούς και να ενταχθούν στην τροφοδοσία των παχιά αετούς στο ρεύμα. Ωραίο, ήσυχο και όμορφο μέρος. Συνιστάται ιδιαίτερα! Χαιρετισμούς από Ava, Vår, Marie και Julius από τη Νορβηγία.

Ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ στο Tuk που ήταν εξαιρετικά όμορφο και γενναιόδωρο! Αυτή η περιοχή είναι SUPERB και είναι ένα τόσο ωραίο μέρος για να τραβήξετε σε για μια νύχτα ή 2! Θα μπορούσε να είναι το αγαπημένο μου μέρος για ολόκληρο το ταξίδι μας! Δυστυχώς το έδαφος ήταν ακόμα λίγο βρεγμένο έτσι ώστε να εγκαταστήσουμε στο δρόμο, αλλά το περπάτημα προς τα κάτω στο λόφο μόλις κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας είναι μια τόσο όμορφη εμπειρία! 10/10 θέση! 110/10 οικοδεσπότες! Καταπληκτικό μέρος για να μείνετε. Τέτοιος φιλικός οικοδεσπότης. Ας χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα ποδήλατά του το απόγευμα για να πάμε να δούμε την πόλη. Έχει μερικά δροσερά γαϊδουράκια που φροντίζει και είναι ένα πολύ ήσυχο μέρος.
