Great place next to the river. Saw platypus from the campsite and from the bridge into town right next door. Cheap council run site with showers and toilets

paid for a night in July. Clean amenities, Very cold in morning but it's winter. Didn't see platypus but it was freezing so maybe too cold.

We paid 26,50$ for a powered site. The facilities are very clean and the hot showers have a heater! There is an outside kitchen as well with oven, microwave and fridge. Moreover, we had the chance to see a Platypus at dusk in the river just next to the campsite ! Highly recommanded !

Good place for a night. We paid 26,50 for a powered site, next to the river. Everything was clean. There was a small fridge and freezer, 2 hot plates and an oven. Basic campsite, which was fine. We saw Platypus in the Platypus reserve (nearby) at around 7:30. They are also seen frequently in the river right next to the campsite, but we haven't seen them there unfortunately.

We haven’t booked it and got in late, what wasn’t a problem at all thanks the pin code key (smartest way), to access the amenities. Hot shower. Nice and clean place. Pretty quiet stay. Everything per only $25/night. Highly recommended

Good value of money: 21.50 dollar for an unpowered site. We spotted a platypus nearby, which makes it worth staying here a night. Don’t expect much from the town, but it’s perfect for staying the night while on the road.

Nice campsite with grass. $26 for a place with electricity and water/sewer is very reasonable. Nice for hiking by the river in a well-kept park. Toilets were clean in contrast to the BBQ and washing up facilities. It would be nice if woman not only collected the money but also took a look at the facilities.
