Un lugar fantástico, no sólo debido a los increíbles entornos naturales, sino que todo es maravilloso: la cocina, las duchas, los baños, los campos... el personal es increíblemente amable y útil. Las fuentes calientes están a pocos minutos a pie. Y sobre todo, estar allí en una noche de domingo para la noche de cine al aire libre... Brillante!
4 estrellas 😀 Grandes sitios de barro, agua potable borrada, ammenities limpias, personal útil. Cerca de Bitter Springs Thermal Springs. Tranquilo y seguro, a unos 5 minutos de la parte principal de la ciudad. Esta es nuestra segunda estancia en Bitter Springs Nota, No hay reservas previas tomadas, lo mejor para llegar antes del almuerzo para obtener un buen sitio. La mayoría de las personas salen entre las 9-10.30 pm 😀
Amazing campground. Unpowered sites are river-front, and whilst the remaining sites aren’t, they are just as nice! Super clean amenities. Extremely friendly staff. Attention to details. Pets are welcome and also welcome to stay unattended at your site whilst you visit the springs. There is also a dog sitter available if needed. Highly recommend!
Nice spot. The springs are lovely. Friendly managers. The website says they take bookings, but they don’t. Just arrive and get a spot.
Sitio sencillo con buenas y limpias instalaciones, bien mantenido.Desafortunadamente las fuentes todavía estaban cerradas, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el campamento.
Gran lugar. no toma reservas, por lo que dependiendo de la época del año se paga para entrar temprano (a veces reservado hasta las 11am). corto (500m) caminar a las fuentes, pero puede conducir si lo desea. gran ducha y WC cúbico.
A fantastic spot if you want ease. We parked up, set up on a powered site and strolled 10 min to the springs. So nice to bring your floaty/ noodle and let e stream take you down the natural hot springs. It’s beautiful. So nice to be able to walk there and back easily. Family friendly and lots of grey nomads here, as it’s very accessible. Powered site was fab, shady and roomy. Toilets and showers were ok, not many but we survived ?
? unless you want to drive around to look at other sights etc we found 1/ 2 nights ideal here unless you love warm water in hot territory...Would love it down south :) and agree with others re Mataranka (more suitable for extremely social or 5⭐️people as it was crammed in the springs and structured.
Awesome spot would highly recommend
Good camping spots among the trees and a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful natural springs for a swim. However, the bathroom facilities are poor with very limited hot water. Not recommended for the camping fees charged, unless you choose to shower in your van.
