Buen lugar para recargar. baños limpios y hay un BBQ. No muy ruidoso.

We had to stop quite soon because of the car, we found a nice spot (not amazing but it was ok). The real problem were the sand flies, the car was full and we spent the night killing them. It was an interesting experience though.

El aparcamiento definitivamente no es accesible con un 2WD. Muchos puddles muy profundos que requieren alta limpieza del suelo. Una vía de acceso está cerrada debido a propiedad privada.

No podíamos llegar al campamento con nuestro minivan 2WD, sin duda recomendaría un 4WD aunque si tienes un coche alto puede ser capaz de pasar. mosquitos o moscas son locos, traer repelentes aunque todavía te comerán vivo

Lugar hermoso. La carretera de la pista de la suciedad es muy tortuosa, rocosa y húmeda en lugares. logró hacerlo en una camioneta, pero no lo haría si hubiera sido más húmedo recientemente.

Buen lugar, dormimos en una tienda de techo en la playa con nuestra ventana mirando al mar! Hay vacas y turquesas caminando. Habrá que huir de ti si te acercas (o tienes que ser lento). La carretera es una carretera de suciedad que se convierte en una carretera de suciedad muy mala después de la cerca que puedes abrir (y cerrar!!). Hay muchos agujeros, vimos a mucha gente con caravanas y barcos detrás del coche. Así que con un coche decente (poderoso ish) deberías estar más bien entonces. Sólo tomalo lentamente (calculamos que la velocidad promedio es de 12 km/h según Google Maps. No vimos ningún baño, pero realmente no los buscábamos tampoco.

Awesome place! Beautiful scenery and sleeping to the sounds of the waves is such a treat. Everyone friendly and respectful and it’s spacious enough to not be camping in top of everyone - a bit hard if you don’t have your own toilet.

As already mentioned, very nice camp. You should come here if you go to Mackay and take a rest. Thanks a lot for such a nice spot. I couldn‘t see any crocodiles. In some parts is a lot of rubbish. If you take an extra bag with you and collect a bit, it would make a difference. 2 wheel drive is all right in my opinion.
