Plenty of space in a designated spot (only 3 available). Showers and toilets. Great stars. Trail walk was not very well maintained and not the most interesting walk. But good value stop.
Hermosa ubicación remota, excelente para ver las estrellas por la noche. Todo lo que necesitas con instalaciones. Pista abrupta hacia abajo en el sitio. Recomendaría para la zona de Cairns / Kuranda.
We really liked it there! A beautiful camp site with awesome animals (there were even kangoroos close to our van!). Clean toilets and showers. We can totally recommend it! ?
Alright place, but feels a bit over regulated. Spots are all marked out and the road is very steep. It’s no good for trailers without a bit of hassles. When we got there, it seemed two of the three sites were occupied by homeless people. Some women told us to turn down our music so she could meditate in the rain. After hundreds of campsites, this one was a bit weird. Won’t be going back to this one. Cheers
Beautiful area, nice spacious campsites, shame there's only 3 spaces but definitely worth it!
Very secluded in the middle of the park. Only 3 spots and toilets were horrible.
Lovely campground. Only 3 spots. In the middle of nowhere, right in the national park
Absolutely not suitable for all vehicles. Caravans cannot access this site.
We reserved a site (there are only 3) but people camped in the 4 parking spaces that were available. The grassy area looked nice but toilets were horrible and full of bugs. Saw a massive spider the size of my hand crawl into the box where you post your camping tags ?
We arrived there was someone in our place booked, when we asked them, they checked their reservation and it was a tent reservation, not a campervan. They got angry, we insulted and finally left the premises. At nightfall, a car came, two drugged men showed up to us holding a completely incoherent speech. Its a good place to escape, not at all reassuring and certainly too isolating for people to do anything.
