If you went to haythorpe reserve 700meters up the road, due to flood damage there is no toilet block anymore, however its FREE and No limit unlike this is limited to 5 nights. BIG4 clean toilet block, cut grass and manage ticket machine but its council owned. Hot showers only $10 if you go to reception to get key to amenities at the park, just jump on the ferry. $25 refill 9kg Gas at hardware store in main st

Its been perfect. Lovely views. Chill and relaxing. It has been fairly busy for a weekend but everyone's been pretty quiet and respectful. Definitely dog friendly, think just about every 2nd or 3rd group has a dog too. Just keep your dogs on a lead, there are many birds around and you never know how other dogs will react to yours

Muy buen lugar para acampar con tierra plana. agradable caminata a la zona comercial de la ciudad, sobre el río a través del ferry.

Maravilloso lugar en el río pero no venga en vacaciones públicas a menos que esté aquí para la fiesta. Los baños están bien mantenidos y el ranger es muy razonable. Asegúrese de que tenga su boleto de lo contrario se le dará una multa. Las bahías están bien establecidas y si tiene una tienda se puede acercar al río. Los remolques o cualquier cosa con ruedas no están permitidos en los césped. La rampla de barco es fácilmente accesible. Los incendios son permitidos pero sólo en los pozos de hormigón designados por lo que necesita ser temprano para acercarse a uno. No un lugar tranquilo durante el fin de semana de Australia o NYE, prepárate para un montón de ruido.

Fantastic. Had 2 nights during the week. Nice and quiet and safe. 10p/n with toilets. Dump point up the road. Ferry is free and 24/7. Nice and flat ground we have 24ft van plenty of room.

We're here on a Saturday and it's 12 midnight and I'm awake listening to the music and singing at the pub across the river. It's so loud it feels like I'm in the pub. The shack next to the reserve has spotlights that shine on to the reserve and into the tents and vans next to it. Lovely spot but we won't come again on the weekend.

Great spot, clean toilets. Right on the river.
