Lovely site with good facilities and endearing theme. The sites next to the water are just beautiful. Good price and excellent first stop being relatively close to Auckland pick up

If if wasnt so loud, I’d give a thumbs up! First night had kids and adults yelling and running around until 11pm and the road noise is so loud- especially early in the morning. Second night was so nice and quiet, minus a yappy dog in a caravan, but in the morning the road noise was so loud again and some tradesmen came on site to work on a cabin. Facilities work well, didn’t seem to be properly cleaned in a few days but I’ve stayed at worse places! Was well priced and good value ($26pp/power)

Hermoso sitio con un vibe de moda antigua- limpio y bien mantenido. Algunos hermosos terrenos en la orilla del agua- tuvimos la suerte de obtener uno en breve aviso.

Good facilities, cleanest shower we have found. Kitchen good. Not very good camping pitches for tents near the water but great for camper vans. Free kayaks and paddle boards to use. Not much around. Nice for a one night stop.

Great view near the lake, quiet place. Toilets and showers were very clean. Big shared kitchen, also very clean. Definitely would recommend this place!

I don’t think you could call this anything less than idyllic. Where else can you can you drive and camp literally right on the beach, feel safe with excellent facilities. Can’t be faulted.

Lugar maravilloso! apareció el mismo día y tuvo un buen lugar debajo de algunos árboles. duchas calientes, gran cocina comunitaria, zona de bbq, estación de desechos y agua dulce! Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar!

Lugar encantador. Encanto, llegamos tarde, encontramos un sitio en la orilla del mar. La cocina y las instalaciones son buenas y limpias.

¡Buen campamento! Buenas instalaciones, no habían sido limpiadas los días que estuve allí tho! La recepcionista de pelo curvado tenía por mucho el peor tipo de actitud que he visto mientras viajaba a este país. Si no te gusta tu trabajo, simplemente busques algo más? Tal vez ella simplemente no le gusta viajar folk.
