Hermoso, fácil caminar por parte del lago. Muchos asientos y algunas mesas de picnic a lo largo del paseo. Muy hermoso en un día soleado de invierno. 5.2 km, aproximadamente una hora y media de regreso.

Very nice road, lots of life in it with its ducks, owls and birds. At the end there is a picnic area and little beach to bathe in :)

Nice walk along the lake. You'll come by a beach where you can go swimming :)

A beautiful and easy walk along the lake side with views of the surrounding hills. It takes about 1-1.5 hours return (along the same track), starting through woodland before a well kept boardwalk through the wetlands and then a gravel track along the lake. There is a small hide with details of the birds you can see. We saw black swan, Canadian geese, pied stilt, spur-winged glover, pukeko, paradise shelduck, little and black shag, and a kingfisher!
