Awesome company and one of the few in Rotorua and probably NZ to offer sledging! We both hadn't done sledging before, but wanted to try something different and this was epic. Our two guides, Nui and Caruzo were the best, helping us out without ever making us feel like we were hopeless (which in actual fact we probably were). Decent price as well and the river was both stunning and challenging/fun to go down. Totally recommend!

What a friggin awesome company! Friendly, chilled, and lots of fun!!! You definitely will not regret doing this trip!! Thanks from Tori & Chris from the Black Water Rafting Crew :D

The rafting was awesome, even if the big waterfall did not feel so spectacular

A great rafting tour! Sleding was fun, too. We had a great time.

This was an amazing trip for us, boats sit 5-6 people and we had an absolute blast, the raft trip is short but jam packed with rapids and of course the largest commercially rafted waterfall (they'll remind you of that ;) ) our guide Ryan was awesome and they treated the land and river very respectfully as is custom of the Maori people.

What a blast! Beautiful river and scenery! friendly crew who make sure your informed the whole way through. They teach you about the land and river as well. Thank you so much guys and especially Tina! so much fun

“Kia Ora! Thank you for your glowing review :o) It was a pleasure! Maybe next time you can come sledging!! Safe travels on your journey through NZ have fun!! Nga Mihi Nui, Kaitiaki Whanau”

Great rafting tour. Highest waterfall (7m) you can do in the world with a tour. Highly recommended.

“Kia Ora! Thank you for taking the time to review us, we are happy you enjoyed your time! Please visit us one day again - perhaps sledging next time???!! :) Nga Mihi Nui, Kaitiaki Whanau”
