Absolutamente increíble lugar de acampada!! 360° hermosas vistas, estaba mirándolo con admiración mientras nos dirigíamos. Puede ser muy viento y realmente frío por lo que no pasamos mucho tiempo fuera como un grupo pero realmente vale la pena! Cuando fuimos el slot de dinero en el correo se cerró así que tuvimos que reservar en línea una vez que llegamos. Absolutamente increíble stargazing también

Si usted está conduciendo desde Christchurch, especialmente en su primer día y durante el invierno, considere llegar un poco antes. Nos enfrentamos a condiciones difíciles en la noche, incluyendo tormentas y rayos, y la carretera fue bastante difícil! Sin embargo, el paisaje impresionante en la mañana hizo que todo valga la pena. Stunning views, lots of space, good solid level ground. Only facilities are long drop toilets so make sure you have your water and appropriate facilities in check. Probably easier to book online ahead of time, phone signal was fine though to use data if needed. Such a low price for the beautiful location, more than worth it.

We stayed at the DOC camp for the first time, remember to book an appointment in advance on the site, and if not, to the camp, be sure to fill in information and pay!
