Por el precio, el lugar es excelente! Los propietarios son tan simpáticos y encantadores. Duchas calientes ilimitadas, cocina para usar con todo lo necesario, buen espacio de jardín para días cálidos y gran personal. Sólo las cosas son las duchas inundación cuando las usas que es un poco de dolor, y la cocina a menudo puede obtener muy sucio de otros huéspedes. Sólo personas que no saben cómo limpiar después de sí mismos!!!

se detuvo antes de coger nuestro avión a casa. Sólo 40mins al aeropuerto. totalmente cargado cocina duchas calientes sólo $40 para la noche alimentado, Ellos sólo excepto dinero en efectivo o Nz transferencia bancaria, no eftpos o wifi pero me dieron 2° de datos gratuitos que nos dieron a través. Me encantó la habitación de entretenimiento wee. TV y libros. Realmente disfrutó de relajarse después de nuestro viaje ocupado alrededor de Nz. Me encantaron los cuervos y tienen un caballo y ovejas que puede alimentar. propietarios sólo lo poseían durante un año y haciendo un trabajo gr8 bienvenida es cálido y amigable

Owner was really helpful when we rang at 7pm, (the freedom campsite close by was full). Let us choose a spot which was nice and flat, kitchen although slightly dated was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including oil, salt pepper and full range of spices as well as fresh chicken eggs! Heater in the kitchen and urn were put on in the morning for us, good showers and a TV room. All for just $30. Really good value for money.

Really quirky site with lovely interesting history and refurbished rail units. Good welcome and local knowledge from the owners/staff. Even let me look around a cabin that wasn't being used because I was interested. Facilities are rustic but clean and super welcoming including a little library. Nice private sites and lots of wildlife around. You do need to pay cash or NZ bank transfer but this is made clear on booking and if reception isn't manned give them a call, there in a couple of minutes.

Era realmente bueno. El propietario era amigable y nos dejamos elegir el lugar (15$pp sin poder). Hay habitación común, cocina, duchas calientes ilimitadas - estaba limpio y bien mantenido. El lugar es bien buscado - hierba, árboles y flores lo hacen calmante y acogedor. Vale el dinero, recomendaría :)

Pequeño lugar perfecto para una estancia de una noche! sacado en la noche y tuvo la oportunidad de quedarse fuera de la espalda sin poder por $30. Baños con comodidades de ducha. Gran valor por el dinero!

Really cute quirky camping. A lot of nice touches like a clothes drying rack, cheap laundry (3 dollars?), detergent, really well stocked kitchen. Showers could have been a little better but decent enough at this price. What would really top it off would be a hair dryer in the female showers. Also, there’s no WiFi which is interesting in 2026. Would recommend though. 30 bucks for an unpowered site. We just showed up and there was a spot

This place is really lovely, hot unlimited and clean showers, a fully equipped kitchen where the owner leaves eggs and vegetables for all guests free to use and even a wagon with a library, TV and dvds is on site. The Gardens and the overall layout of the place is well thought through and well kept :)

Cool place where you can bring your campervan, tent, or sleep in a train coach! Has a tv/gim/library room, kitchen with many hobs and all crockery, 2 hot showers and 2 toilets per sex. Didn't find any wi-fi. Owner very nice, bought the place in July25.

Gr8 peaceful spot for campers and tents also a couple bikes pull up and stayed in the bunks. Pretty sure they are happy to receive calls till 9pm and very happy to help when the freedom camper spot down the rd is full. Nice warm showers, toilets and shared kitchen.
