Hermoso lugar no muy lejos de Queenstown con una buena vista del lago.No muchos lugares planos y los baños parecen ser servidos rara vez, pero un excelente lugar para acampar para la noche sin embargo.

Baño medio sucio, cuando llueve se vuelve un poco peligroso tropezar sobre el coche y tiene pocos espacios planos para aparcar.

Estuvo aquí a principios de agosto, y todavía tenía un par de camiones. Si desea uno de los puntos de nivel justo en la playa, a continuación, llegar temprano. Bellas vistas a través del lago. Por la carretera, pero no oyó ningún ruido del tráfico. los baños limpios, y algunas señales de teléfono. Definitivamente recomendar.

En las orillas del lago. Mucho espacio en invierno. Hay una entrada y una salida por lo que no hay necesidad de girar. Sólo tenga cuidado como las orillas del lago puede ser suave para aparcar que creará un problema de salir. Lugar tranquilo 45 minutos de Queenstown. Gran parada en el camino a Milford Sound.

Great location facing the lake and near Queenstown, lots of space that fills up quickly. Registration on DOC is required. Long drops that smell.

Pulled in here but chose not to stay. It had attracted people that give Freedom Camping a bad name. While the site was less than half full, the rubbish bins were overflowing, the toilets stank (very very badly) & clothes & rubbish was strewn across the site, over trees etc. A real shame that people can't be more respectful because the location is stunning with lots of capacity.

Incredible views over the lake if you get there early enough to park there. We got there a bit before 5pm and it was nearly full. Do people don’t listen to the signs. Good service and quiet. Would defo stay again. Helpful it had bins too!

Beautiful spot with awesome views for a free campsite. Bathrooms were clean (a bit smelly). There was a lot of space when we arrived around 6pm and registered. I had perfectly fine phone service but my boyfriend did not. Would recommend this place for sure.
