Increíble campamento dado su "sólo" estación de autobuses de un club de golf. Aparecimos tarde una noche en junio, nadie más por ahí, así que no estoy seguro de dónde ir, así que definitivamente terminé interrumpiendo el AGM del club para preguntar dónde ir, pero los locales eran increíblemente amigables y acogedores. $ 10 para impotentes que incluyeron increíbles vistas de la montaña, señal telefónica, una ducha caliente, fuente de agua y vasos.
Great site. $20 for a powered site which included access to toilets and hot showers. Dog friendly and a spectacular view of Mt Taranaki when the clouds cleared. Recommended
A beautiful campsite right next to a lovely golf course. We spent a very quiet and safe night there and were very happy with the showers and toilets. There's a rubbish disposal area and even drinking water. Thank you so much for everything! On top of that, we had a fantastic view of the volcano!
This is an amazing place to stay for one or more nights (even possible for longer periods). Amazing View on mount Egmont/Taranaki. Potable water and showers available (for free and very clean). Super affordable (10$ for unpowered) and clean sites. Host and people in and around the golf club are super friendly and welcoming. Tipp: If you go golfing and pay the green fee you can stay for free at the campsite😁
