Pretty basic, but felt like a safe place to camp with decent facilities. Baz was very helpful in getting us set up.

Other than the cheap price absolute no recommendation. The „campsite“ is a uneven and muddy parking space in front of a cabin and is by far the worst I’ve seen in 5 months of travelling across New Zealand. If you have a different option, don’t bother going here.

I was planning to stay one night in this place but liked it so much that I decided to stay one more. Toilets and kitchen were very clean and the staff is really kind and helpful. If I go back to Coromandel, I'll stay here again.

A fantastic spot with a helpful and friendly owner. Baz was welcoming, helped us set up and get the power connected to our camper and pointed us in the direction of the lookout. Rustic bathroom with charm, plenty of hooks to hand your items! Amazing shower that had great water pressure and wasn’t timed (unlike a number of places I’ve stayed). Waterfront is just across the road.

Estuvimos dos noches en este lugar espectacular. El gerente es un cariño, nos dio muchas recomendaciones de viaje. En el lugar se puede dar un paseo por el bosque con una vista panorámica de la playa, también se puede ver kiwis. Está lleno de plantas y aves. Pagamos $ 15 por noche por persona para un espacio impotente y no auto-contenido. Las duchas calientes tienen muy buena presión, el lugar es muy limpio, la cocina es muy completa. Muy recomendable.

Llegamos a este campamento al final del día listo para colocar nuestra tienda mojada de la lluvia el día anterior.. el propietario del campamento nos ofreció dormir en una de sus caravanas por el mismo precio, era muy acogedor y muy amable ! Incluso nos dio mandarines cuando salimos! recomiendo muy calorosamente este campamento bien ubicado!
