Actualmente cerrado para camper

Actualmente cerrado. llegó y no pudo aparcar como está cerrado. Muy decepcionante como todos los otros lugares estaban llenos.

Mucho espacio, baños limpios, 20 minutos a pie a la ciudad / la playa. tranquilo por la noche, y justo al lado de un delicioso lugar de pizza al aire libre. Sin duchas pero recomendaría este campamento para una estancia corta.

Silencioso y escondido lejos de todos los ruidosos puntos de la playa. Toneladas de espacios también. Paga $10 en la caja de oficina. Buen paseo alrededor de la marina

Gran lugar para detenerse. Todos los otros sitios auto contenidos en la ciudad estaban llenos por 5.30pm. Llegó aquí y todos los 11 lugares estaban vacíos. Buena vista de la marina, buen jardín y mesas de picnic. Oficina cierra a las 4.30pm por lo que necesita dinero en efectivo, poner $10 por noche en el paquete en la oficina con número de registro de camper. No hay sábanas o baños, solo auto contenidos.

Talked with office lady. Pointed out contradictions between what is on signpost and info attached to honesty box … which states two nights max and 8.30am check out. Signpost says one night and 7.30am departure. She mentioned their CCTV cameras … great for our security … which capture many who park overnight but don’t pay. Just saying.

Officer was an absolute not friendly. Tried to charge us fee a night and told us we weren’t aloud to be here before 5pm, no where is that stated on this listing or on the signage around here. Also made insinuations that we were not “fully” self contained even though we all are.

Rude person asked us to leave because it’s before 4 o’clock on a stormy day and we not supposed to arrive before 4… Asking for $ as I have a trailer…. Super rude person as well.

Open and signed well. Very quiet away from the madness of the beaches and you can walk to the estuary 100m away and cook up breakfast on the tables under the shade of the pohutakawas. Very peaceful! The Jaffas come out in the morning high tide with their jetskis etc which gives a bit of entertainment. Nice toilets nearby with actual lighting and a mirror. Bins and shower are key card entry though.
