Definitely worth it! $47 per person. But it's a must-do. Includes entry to the Lady Knox Geyser at 10:15 am.
Nice to see. Bit overpriced maybe. But its holiday and you want to see something.
Creo que el precio es absolutamente justificado.Es impresionante ver la actividad volcánica en senderos muy buenos y bien mantenidos con información amigable y emocionante.
Note that the times have changed 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with last entry at 3 p.m.
We thought it‘s something unique so we went ahead and did it. The walks are really short and although it‘s supposed to be nice with a little rain, we actually thought it wasn‘t as nice. Unfortunately the steam blocks views of the really cool stuff! Now since this is nature, it‘s all just about luck. The geyser was cool and not too full, we thought it was nice. It‘s environmentally friendly soap, nothing to worry about. If you want to wait 24hrs for it to go off, go ahead. We think the soap is a nice way to show it off without harming the nature around it. The lakes and craters are nice but since the walk was so short, we were just slightly disappointed. It is a bit smelly but that‘s just how this is. You‘ll get used to it! In the end it‘s up to you. We think the price is oookay but we do also think it‘s a little bit unfair to charge so much for something natural. Anyway, since this is something unique, it‘s fine. At least you get to see a bunch of stuff. Not just the walks but also the geyser and the mud pools!
Very nice walk and amazing wonders of nature! C'mon guys it's just 30$, you'll never see anything like this ?
Not worth $32.50pp in our opinion. Lady Knox is nice, so are the champagne pool, devil's pool, and the lake. Note, they only take card payments.
Very disappointed by the geyser. It draws in a massive crowd, only to watch a staff member pour a solution into the funnel to activate the geyser. Go to Iceland for a way more authentic and memorable experience.
Our conclusion: who in the Kuirau Park and z. Whakarevareva village, then, this place has nothing new to show. At most we found the Champagne pool nice, but we could have saved the entry. It was very busy and you have to say that it is really expensive!
Really nice experience. 10.15 geyser was really cool! But bit expensive.
